What personal data do we collect, and how?
- Data you give us: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and trip date and time when you book, plus anything you share when you contact us or sign up for offers.
- Data we collect automatically: basic device and browser information, your approximate location based on your internet connection (so we can confirm you are in our service area), and cookies or similar technology, with your consent where consent is required.
- Data from others: information from our service providers, such as payment confirmations and trip status from drivers and dispatch.
How do we use it?
To quote, book, dispatch and complete your rides; to let you and your driver reach each other; to take payment; to send trip updates; to send offers if you asked for them; to prevent fraud; to meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and to improve our service.
When is your personal data shared?
We share personal data only as needed to provide your ride and run our business: with the licensed driver assigned to your trip; with service providers that act for us, such as payment processing, calls and text messaging, email, mapping and location services, and website hosting; and when the law requires it. Calls and texts between you and your driver go through a private relay number, so your personal phone number is not shown to the driver. We do not sell your personal data.
What are your rights and choices?
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act where it applies.
